Mentor Program

The OTOW Archery Club "Mentor Program" is simply a means by which our more experienced archers agree to place their names on a list, indicating their areas of expertise and knowledge, from which a new or inexperienced Club member can ask them for their assistance in working with them.  Club members participating in the Mentor Program are volunteers and will assist according to their availability.    

Hopefully, this approach turns out to be a win win both for the inexperienced archer who gains the benefit of another Club member's archery expertise as well as for the mentor archer who derives satisfaction in helping a fellow Club member improve their archery skills and equipment.
